A balanced cup with a long, sweet finish, roasted every Monday and brewed to order.
At Ember & Oak we believe coffee
is more than a drink. It's a daily ritual, a quiet moment, and a
reason to slow down.

Roasted on Mondays, gone by Sunday
Twelve kilos at a time, in the back of the shop.
Every Monday at six, before the doors open, Mara fires up the roaster behind the bar. We roast in small batches so nothing sits on a shelf: what you drink on Saturday was green on Monday morning.
We buy from three farms we know by name, and we pay them well above the market price. The menu changes with what is good, not with what is in the warehouse.
Three things we never skip
Fresh roast, every week
Beans are never more than seven days off the roaster when they hit the grinder.
Oat milk, no upcharge
Oat, whole or skim, all the same price. Your coffee, your call.
Brewed to order
Every shot is pulled for you, and every pour-over is timed. Nothing waits on a hot plate.
Said at the bar
The cold brew ruined every other cold brew for me. I walk past two coffee shops to get here.
They remembered my order on the second visit. By the fourth they knew my dog’s name.
The cardamom bun is the reason I get up on Saturdays. Get there before ten.

Monday roast notes
One short email a week: what came off the roaster, what's on the bar, and the odd early invite to a cupping. No spam, ever.
