What we collect
When you send a message, request an event date or join the roast notes, we keep what you type into the form: your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us. We store it securely so we can reply and run your booking.
What we use it for
Replying to you, confirming bookings, and, only if you signed up, sending one short email a week. We never sell or share your details with anyone outside Ember & Oak.
Analytics
If analytics is switched on, we ask before setting any cookies. You can change your mind at any time from the banner.
Getting your data removed
Email hello@emberandoak.example and we will delete everything we hold about you within a week.
